| The bungle bungles in Purnululu Nationalpark are spectacular rocks which have horizontal lines because of different rock layers and lichens. The nationalpark has an area of about 3000 square kilometers. Purnululu is the aboriginal word for sandstone, while bungle bungle is probably the wrong pronouncement of the local grass bundle bundle. | |||
