Darwin beach
 
Darwin beach is not at all the best place for a swim, but it
represents the village-like character that is still felt
although Darwin has 90.000 inhabitants - of course that is a lot
for Australian proportions. They are all talking about expansion
but for me the silence and laid-back atmosphere of Darwin were
at least the only things that made this city enjoyable.
