| View over a part of Fraser island - the world's largest sand island. Its size is 120x15km and since 1993 the island is recorded as a world's heritage. Apart from a very few rocks Fraser Island consists totally of sand. Because the surrounding Pacific ocean is not good for swimming due to currents and sharks, the more than 200 lakes on the island became very famous places for relaxing. | |||
