| The main attraction of Watarrka Nationalpark is Kings Canyon with its more than 100 meters high walls. I recommend to do the short Kings Creek Walk into the canyon during late afternoon or before sunset. Even more spectacular is the 3-4 hours-trip along the canyon walls where you are always rewarded with amazing lookouts. An idyllic place within the canyon is the Garden of Eden, where palms provide a welcome shade. | |||||
