| Porongurup Nationalpark which is close to Mt Barker is a paradise for hikers. You can walk between granite rocks and high karri trees and pass several lookouts. Some of the trails are Tree in the Rock, Castle Rock, Haywards Peak, Nancy Peak, Devils Slide and Marmabup Rock. There is as well a short drive you can do by car. | |||
