Barossa Valley is one of the most famous wine growing areas of Australia.
It is up to 11 kilometers wide. Germans founded the first settlements in 1842 and
they accidantally discovered the wine growing potential and developed their skills
quickly. The biggest villages in Barossa Valley are Tanunda and Nuriootpa.
